Why Is Measuring Contact in Sport So Important?

With brilliant contests in Premiership Rugby back on our screens and the Pro14 moving towards the business end of the season over the coming weeks, it seems like the issue of the pandemic and returning players safely to performance is now behind us. It isn’t just the here & now that practitioners will be concerned about regarding injuries, it will be the test of the rigours of time adding more worries for the performance staff who are working over and above to keep players on the field healthy and performing optimally.
